TechnipFMC Wins Seagull Project


EPCI Contract Awarded by Neptune

Engineering specialist TechnipFMC has been awarded a “significant” development contract for for the Seagull project, located in the Central North Sea.

The project award from Neptune Energy covers all engineering, procurement, construction and installation work for the firm’s high-pressure, high-temperature oilfield. Neptune Energy operates the Seagull project, together with joint venture partners BP and Japex.

TechnipFMC is one of the largest oilfield services companies in the world. Headquartered in London, the group employs 44,000 staff in 48 countries focusing on offshore oil and gas exploration and extraction platforms, rigs, crude oil refinery and  petrochemical plant projects.
