New Location to Feature Breakbulk Quay
Breakbulk handler L.C. Van Tiel Logistics has expanded its lifting capacity, following a move to a new location, Alblasserdam, in the western Netherlands.
The new site features capabilities to load and unload barges and small coasters with their own equipment up to 35 tons. It will also provide heavy project cargo via two overhead cranes with lifting capacity of 160 tons as well as welding and assembly/ construction facilities.
“The quay is currently being restructured to a ro-ro quay and due to be in operation from 2020-2021,” a spokesperson for L.C. Van Tiel said.
