Green Channel Moves Charleston Cargo

(Americas-MENA) Shipment from Nhava Sheva

Cargo carrier Green Channel Forwarders has delivered an outsized industrial component to the U.S. from India.

The breakbulk cargo comprised a Valmet unit weighing 37.7 tonnes and was delivered to Charleston in the U.S. from Nhava Sheva Port in India. A separate project for Green Channel saw the firm move two over-dimensional containers from Taiwan to India.

“The shipment required careful loading in Taiwan and unloading in Kolkata, and thanks to the expertise and experience of Asia Transportation and Green Channel Forwarders, the cargo was delivered on time and in good condition,” a spokesperson for Green Channel Forwarders said.

Based in Mumbai, India, Green Channel is a member of the cargo network Universal Freight Organisation, which represents members on a ‘one member per country’ basis in more than 115 countries.
