dship Carriers Adds Two F-500 Newbuilds

Multipurpose shipping line dship Carriers said it has added two F-500 new builds to its fleet.

The multipurpose vessels will be built by Taizhou Sanfu Shipbuilding, with the first vessel due for delivery in November 2018 and the second in the first quarter of 2019.  Both vessels feature combined lifting capacity of 500 tonnes as well as a second hold, with a length of more than 75 meters for outsized cargoes.

“We look forward to further improving our services with these environmentally friendly vessels. Our client’s will benefit in two ways: with more technical possibilities for a wider range of project cargo and with competitive rates due to an economic fleet,” said Lars Feller, global vice president of dship Carriers.

dship Carriers is headquartered in Singapore and operates a fleet of multipurpose vessels designed to support the specialized needs of project cargo clients. The group also operates offices in Houston, Tokyo and Bremen.
