C.H. Robinson Moves LNG Equipment


Sensitive Vaporizer Unit Delivered from Massachusetts

Cargo carrier C.H. Robinson has delivered a consignment of outsized natural gas equipment to Texas from multiple international locations.

The cargo measured 1,260 cubic meters in total, with the largest item measuring 24 meters long, and 4 meters wide and high. Transport included delivery of a sensitive LN2 vaporizer from Massachusetts which required permits and secure police escorts.
 
"A customer contracted with C.H. Robinson to transport liquefied natural gas equipment from various international and domestic locations to Texas. Needed for a plant upgrade, the equipment included two vaporizers, one storage tank, two pump skids and two valve modules along with various other equipment,” a spokesperson for C.H. Robinson said.
