CF&S Delivers Konecranes Loader

Logistics firm CF&S has delivered a container loader vehicle from Kaunas, Lithuania, to Uzbekistan.

The new Konecranes SMV4531TC6 loader weighed 73.5 tonnes and was delivered to Tashkent in Uzbekistan. The breakbulk unit was delivered by rail on two railway platforms.

“To reduce the railway tariff, CF&S arranged the dismantling of the rear axle which reduced the width of the unit," a spokesperson for CF&S said.

Headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, CF&S is and a member of breakbulk association Project Cargo Network in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
