Bertling Secures TCO Contract

Transport solutions provider Bertling has secured a five-year logistics services contract with oil firm TengizChevroil for delivery of breakbulk components to the Tengiz field in Kazakhstan.

The contract covers “continuous material supply” to Tengiz field as well as a digitization program to improve operational efficiency. The firm has also been selected as freight partner for TCO’s Future Growth Project.

“We would like to sincerely thank all our offices around the globe for their continuous efforts in handling the challenging operations for this project. Our sincere appreciation goes as well to our teams in Kazakhstan, who do a great job every day albeit in difficult situations caused by the Covid-19 lockdown in the country,” a spokesperson for Bertling said.

The logistics business part of the larger Bertling Group operates a range of industrial divisions. Headquartered in Germany, Bertling Group operates 45 offices in 26 countries. Bertling is an exhibitor at Breakbulk Europe.
