ALE Transports Lal Lal Generators

AC700, LTM1750 and LG1750 Cranes Mobilized

Heavy-lift specialist ALE has transported a series of turbine generators and wind power infrastructure equipment for a project in southeastern Australia.

The project involved mobilization of multiple cranes including an AC700 all-terrain crane, an LTM1750 all-terrain crane and two LG1750 mobile cranes. The ongoing project involved installation of 60 wind turbine generators at the Lal Lal project site.

“These mobile cranes are ideally suited for this project as they can travel on roads less than 6meters wide, reducing their environmental footprint and saving unnecessary time and costs on civil upgrades,” a spokesperson for ALE said.

Headquartered in Staffordshire in the UK, ALE  has over 30 regional offices around the world. The focuses on heavy lift projects in oil and gas, civil, nuclear, offshore, renewables, petrochemical, ports, marine, minerals and metals and mining.
