Breakbulk airline CargoLogicAir has delivered two cargoes of humanitarian aid from France to Guadalupe in response to devastation caused by the recent Hurricane Irma.
In total, nearly 200 tonnes of humanitarian goods were transported via two Boeing 747-400F flights. Both consignments were transported direct between Vatry airport in France and Pointe-à-Pitre Le Raizet Airport, Guadalupe.
“We anticipate operating several more flights in the coming days … our highly experienced team of air logistics professionals have many years’ expertise in the airline industry, including providing a fast response to such situations where humanitarian relief is urgently needed,” said Dmitry Grishin, CEO of CargoLogicAir.
CargoLogicAir operates in partnership with Volga Dnepr subsidiary AirBridgeCargo. It serves markets in the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa and North America from a base at London Stansted Airport.
