Advantis Ships Sri Lankan Breakbulk

Logistics group Advantis Projects has delivered a shipment of wind turbines to Pallali, Sri Lanka, and four 100-ton diesel engine generators from the Horana to Lahore, Pakistan.

The breakbulk consignments required a mix of ground and marine logistics services and built on the firm’s existing ties with the Sri Lankan Energy sector. The group is a members of cargo association XL Projects Network.

The XLP network recently said fellow member FLS Projects delivered 365 tonnes of material for the Mae Moh Units 4-7 Replacement power plant project in Thailand.

The network also added Ziegler in Pratteln, Switzerland. The firm operates an own customs bonded machinery storage warehouse with overhead crane in Switzerland and brings expertise in heavy machinery handling and consolidated shipment of entire machinery lines via Antwerp port.
