GCL Delivers Luojing Vaporizer

Breakbulk handler Globe Cargo Logistics has transported a vaporizer and preheater unit from Shanghai to Long Beach, California.

The cargo consisted of 900 cubic meters of equipment and was transferred by road to Luojing terminal on the Yangtze’s south bank. From there it was shipped to Long Beach directly.

“In order to meet the tight schedule required by the customer, the big challenge was to arrange suitable equipment and trucks for receiving the cargo with a length of 21 meters and weight 70 ton per package under hook in Luojing terminal in very limited time,” a spokesperson for GCL said.

GCL is a member of the XL Projects network, which connects heavy-lift transport providers worldwide.
