Shippers Panel: Is the Project Logistics Supply Chain Afraid of Change?
In 1994 Manuel Formis began his career as a transport specialist in the automotive division of Honeywell, where he stayed until 2009, holding various logistics positions across Europe. He then joined the power generation division of Alstom. In 2013 he led the gas and steam teams in Switzerland, managing the project logistics of turnkey power plants and equipment worldwide. Formis joined Philips Healthtech in 2016, leading distribution logistics for the company’s personal care and hospital transport divisions and installation logistics for its health systems division. He holds a degree in Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
