Brexit, Trump and Trade: Fasten Your Seat Belts – Bumpy Ride Ahead

Ana Stanič is an English Solicitor Advocate and an Honorary Lecturer at the Centre of Mining and Natural Resources at the University of Dundee. She is the founder of E&A Law Limited, an innovative law firm which combines energy specialism with expertise in EU law, international law and arbitration.

Ana has advised on maritime boundary and straddling gas reserves disputes, concession agreements to construct large energy infrastructure, host government agreements to construct pipelines, as well as on privatisations and restructuring of companies. She has acted as counsel in numerous commercial arbitrations and investment treaty arbitrations and has appeared before the European Court of Justice. She regularly advises on questions of EU energy, competition and state aid law. Most recently Ana has been advising on the inter-relationship between EU and international law and the implications of Brexit.
Ana has a LLM from Cambridge University, UK and a LLB and B. Commerce (Finance and Banking) from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
