What are the different registration price options?

Do you offer any discount if I register early?
We offer early bird rates that increase on August 18, 2017 and then increase again on-site. It is most cost effective to register for your conference pass early.

I cannot pay by credit card. How else can I register?
The quickest way to receive a confirmed registration is to register online and pay by credit card. If credit card payment is not possible, please register online and select “Pay by Bank Wire Transfer.” Please note that all bank wire transfer registrations are considered pending until full payment is received.

My company requires an official invoice in order to process payment.  Who do I contact to receive an invoice?
