Heavy-cargo firm Europacific has handled a shipment of parts for an industrial press, delivering the consignment to Hungary from South Korea.
The cargo weighed 82 tonnes and was transshipped from Busan, South Korea, via Koper in Slovenia. The parts were shipped as breakbulk aboard a container vessel for assembly in a factory in Hungary.
Europacific is a member of the XL Projects network which connects breakbulk operators worldwide.
The network recently welcomed new members in Europe and China with the addition of Ziegler Switzerland and Shanghai Supreme International Freight Forwarding. Both firms offer project cargo, heavy haulage and out-of-gauge expertise for handling breakbulk cargoes.
