New Philippines Venture to Fabricate Modules

KS Investments, a subsidiary of Keppel, and Dyna-Mac Holdings have set up a new company in the Philippines to fabricate modules used in offshore drilling operations. Both partners are based in Singapore.
Dyna-Mac Keppel Philippines will manufacture topside modules for floating, production, storage and offloading vessels, as well as floating, storage and offloading vessels, Dyna-Mac said in a statement.
Following its incorporation, DMKP is now an associated company of Keppel Corporation.
