Advantis Transports Lakdhanavi Generators

Project cargo handler Advantis Projects has transported a cargo of components for a power plant project in Sapugaskanda, Sri Lanka.

The consignment included delivery of four 110-tonne Wärtsilä diesel engine generators and ancillary equipment. The units were collected from Sapugaskanda Lakdhanavi power plant and transported Katunayake Advantis free zone.

The project team from Advantis oversaw all preparation of documents and approvals required from the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka and other relevant authorities.

Advantis, previously known as Logiventures, is headquartered in the Sri Lankan capital of Colombo and is a subsidiary of multinational conglomerate Hayleys. Advantis Projects recently joined the XL Projects network as a representative in Sri Lanka.
