Tuvia Moves Dalian Heat Exchanger


Cargo via Monfalcone Port

Project cargo handler Tuvia Italia has delivered an oversized heat exchanger and accessories from Italy to China.

The breakbulk items included one skid weighing 775 tonnes and measuring 43 meters in length and a second weighing 211 tonnes and measuring 20 meters in length. The cargo was delivered from Alfa Laval Olmi via Monfalcone port.

“Due to size and weight of the equipment, our team has been focusing on this consignment for the past three months … 600 metric tons have been loaded on S/S Hilke [with] to destination Dalian, China,” a spokesperson for Tuvia said.

Headquartered in Milan, Italy, Tvuia provides project cargo services worldwide and represents the WCA Network, a breakbulk association connecting freight forwarders in 188 countries.
