Steder Handles Drachten Crane Parts

 
Cargo carrier Steder Group has handled a shipment of heavy crane parts from Drachten to Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
 
The outsized consignment involved transhipment from an inland waterway vessel to a coaster vessel for ocean transport to Norway. The team from Steder used a heavy-lift crane at RHB Terminal, Rotterdam for the transfer.
 
“The cargo arrived safely in Norway this week and was successfully discharged in the Port of Leirvik,” a spokesperson for Steder said.
 
Steder is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium, or WWPC, a cargo association for pre-qualified breakbulk specialists worldwide. WWPC represents firms in 78 countries and is an exhibitor at Breakbulk Europe.
