Breakbulk Shipment to Zhuzhou
Freight forwarder Panda Logistics has delivered stamping machine equipment from Taiwan to China.
The shipment invoved 49 pieces of CNC stamping machine equipment that weighed 845 tonnes in total. The largest breakbulk items weighed 88 tonnes, 80 tonnes and 75 tonnes, respectively.
“After careful planning and many meetings with the involved parties to coordinate the project, Panda Logistics successfully managed the trucking, customs processes, documentation, lifting, loading and unloading, charter of the 7,600-tonne bulk carrier and discharge to Zhuzhou, Hunan,” a spokesperson for Panda said.
Headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, Panda Logistics is the latest firm to join the Project Cargo Netowrk, also adding offices in Taichung and Kaohsiung.
