EXG Moves Jakarta Air Charter Shipment

EXG Moves Jakarta Air Charter Shipment

Transport services provider Express Global Logistics has shipped a cargo of breakbulk machinery from Mumbai to Jakarta.

The outsized assignment comprised 17 packages weighing 27 tonnes, and involved complex handling procedures, special permissions for equipment in the airport, and tight deadlines. The cargo was delivered by air charter for a client in the oil and gas sector

“Our team was on toes during the execution of the shipment. From a single day receiving to same day custom clearance and feeding the aircraft was a result of EXG’s commitment and planning to meet customer's need,” an EXG representative explained.

Headquartered in Mumbai, EXG provides multisurface logistics, breakbulk transport and heavy equipment rentals throughout India. The firm is a member of cargo forwarding network, WCA.
