Crown Delivers Laos Silo Parts

 Transport to Savannakhet

Breakbulk specialist Crown Logistics has transported a set of fuel silo parts and accessories from Hai Phong Port, Vietnam to Savannakhet, Laos.

The cargo comprised 500 cubic meters of material in total and was moved using low-bed chassis trucks. Originating in Shanghai, China the parts were delivered to Xepon District in Savannakhet.

"During the transportation, we ran into problems with heavy rain and wind which impeded operations. However, our drivers are well-experienced in moving cargo to Laos, and even though some areas were flooded along the way with dangerous winds and deep water on the road which strongly affected our delivery and unloading plans, our professional operations team smoothly and safely solved the problems,” said Peter Linh, managing director of Crown.

Crown Logistics is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City and is a country member of the Cargo Connections network. UK-based association, Cargo Connections offers representation for breakbulk operators worldwide. The association is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and limits membership to three firms in each country.
