(MENA) 518 Tonnes of Steel from Shuwaikh
Freight forwarder Al-Bader Shipping has delivered a cargo of steel panels from Kuwait to Mozambique.
A total of 500 outsized panels were transported from Shuwaikh port in Kuwait, weighing 581 tonnes. The goods were delivered to Beira Port, Mozambique, within a tight timeframe of 14 days.
“The teams work began with physical inspection of the cargo, processing the customs clearance with all necessary permissions and EX-Works, which included transportation, loading, cargo survey and double handling at port, loading it onto a chartered BBC vessel California,” Vipin Rajan, services manager at Al-Bader explained.
Based in Kuwait, Al Bader is a member of the Project Cargo Network, which connects breakbulk handlers in more than 100 countries.
